🕺 TEAM, SOLO, DUET, ENSEMBLE, COMBINED Competitions

Please Note:
Only available if Team & Solo Competitions take place on the same gym/floor.
If they are held in separate spaces/gyms/rooms, we cannot travel between them due to the risk of missing a paid routine.

🧾 How It Works

  • Your team hosts the competition or invite

  • We sell the Front Row Dance Capture Filming + Edit Tickets on our website

  • You & Dance Capture share the event link with attending teams via Email & Social Media

  • Teams, Dancers, & Parents purchase a Front Row Dance Capture Filming Ticket/Time Slot on the event page

  • If you you have the team competition in one gym, and the solo/duet competition in another we will need to have enough time to travel between both spaces to film.

  • We capture the attending dance teams who purchase a filming ticket

  • We send each team their RAW or professionally edited performance footage (depending what tickets attending teams purchase)

  • We share the TOP 5 BEST routines on Dance Capture’s social media

  • We send you 15% of the filming ticket sales (after the $1,200 threshold is met)🪩 Booking Requirement

  • Must sign a Dance Capture Event Agreement 2 to 3 months before the competition

  • A minimum of $1,200 worth of Team, Solo, Duet, Ensemble Front Row Filming and/or Edit Tickets must be purchased

  • Booking must be confirmed 2 weeks before the competition

📉 If $1,200 Minimum Isn’t Met

  • Competition host covers the difference to reach $1,200

  • ⚠️ If competition host is unable to cover the difference, there will be a $175 cancellation fee due by day of comp
    (Teams and dancers who purchased a Front Row Capture ticket will be refunded)

💰 When $1,200 is Reached

You receive:

  • $100 bonus

  • 15% of all filming ticket sales beyond $1,200

🚗 Travel, Food & Lodging

  • Included in the $1,200 total if the event is within 100 miles of our location

  • For events beyond 100 miles, a travel surcharge of $0.70 per additional mile applies (both ways)

  • We send you 15% of the filming ticket sales (after the $1,200 threshold is met)

🪩 Booking Requirement

  • Must sign a Dance Capture event Agreement 3 months before comp

  • Have to Pay $175 Refundable Booking Fee

  • A minimum of 4 teams must purchase a Front Row Capture ($300 each) and or Edit ticket (an additional $200 add on) prior to comp (includes up to 5 team routines filmed)

  • This equals $1,200 minimum required to book 2 weeks before the competition

📉 If 4-Team Minimum Isn’t Met

  • Host team covers the difference to reach $1,200

  • ⚠️ If competition host is unable to cover the difference, booking fee is not refunded
    (Teams and dancers who purchased a Front Row Capture ticket will be refunded)

💰 When 4+ Teams PURCHASE

Your team receives:

  • $100 bonus

  • Your Teams Performances Delivered to You Via Google Drive

  • + $175 Booking Fee Refunded

  • 15% of all filming ticket sales beyond $1,200

  • You host the solo/duet/ensemble competition or invite

  • We sell the Solo Front Row Dance Capture Filming + Edit Tickets on our website

  • You & Dance Capture share the event link with attending teams via Email & Social Media 2 to 3 months before comp

  • We capture the attending sololists

  • We send each dancer their RAW or professionally edited solo performance

  • We share the TOP 5 BEST routines on Dance Capture’s social media

  • We send you 15% of the filming ticket sales (after the $1,200 threshold is met)

🪩 Booking Requirement

  • Must sign an Dance Capture event Agreement 2 to 3 months before comp

  • A minimum of 10 dancers/parents must purchase a Front Row Capture ticket ($120 per dancer) and or Edit ticket (an additional $150 add on) prior to comp

  • This equals $1,200 minimum required to book 2 weeks before the competition

📉 If 10-Dancer Minimum Isn’t Met

  • Solo Competition Host covers the difference to reach $1,200

  • ⚠️ If competition host is unable to cover the difference, there will be a $175 cancellation fee due by day of comp
    (dancers & parents who purchased a Front Row Capture ticket will be refunded).

You receive:
